The owner of Lyon Technologies, LLC is Bryan Franklin. Mr. Franklin is a graduate of Florida State University with a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science. He is currently working with IBR building experience in requirements analysis, software module design, implementation, unit testing, and research of various topics. Mr. Franklin is currently working on the United States Census Bureau and Navy project as a Software Engineer. He works with a multitude of instruments for research and development.
While working at the U.S. Census Bureau, he supported the integration of the mobile device management system MaaS360, supported various prototype activities in development environments, supported the development of the mobile library Communication Manager, research for the procurement of the next Computer Assisted Personal Interviewing (CAPI) device, held information sessions on mobile device management systems; new advancements in mobile device hardware; and updates to operating systems.
As a software engineer, Mr.Franklin supports in the development and sustainment of the responsive web based application My Navy Portal(MNP). The MNP project is a web based application that is used by all sailors within the Navy to view important information of the sailor and Navy from any web browser for desktop or mobile devices.
